Vacancy: Conference & Events Assistant

An excellent opportunity to enter the world of events.

A team player with good interpersonal skills is required in this busy department of 5 people. Candidates, who will have had at least one year’s office experience and a strong desire to work in the events industry, will be required to:

* process delegate registrations and invoices
* give general administrative assistance
* assist in organising and running conferences, lectures and events

A confident telephone manner, excellent written English, outstanding attention to detail and good computer literacy are essential.
